                            Mechanical Polished concrete
 

The mechanical polished concrete is the most durable and efficient solution you could ever choose for concrete surfaces!

The process consists in grinding and grouting the floor’s profile, then constantly apply densifying compounds to harden the concrete surface and so allow the resin pads on the machine, to mechanically polish the profile of the floor. The finish product becomes outstanding and, if maintained in the right way, a mechanical polished concrete floor may last up to 20/30 years and so avoiding you the hustle of moving all your furniture to renovate your floor for a while. 

 

                               







                               Grinding & Epoxy Coating
 

Grinding and epoxy coating is usually done on garage floors, warehouses, area that need a stronger coating solution to guarantee a long lasting effect.

The profile of the floor is always prepared by grinding and grouting the floor until the surface is ready for coating. Then the application of epoxy clear or coloured is mixed (with an epoxy resin and a polyamine hardener, also known as a catalyst) and applied into the floor.

This finished floor is designed for hard wearing outcomes.












                       
    Grinding, acid etching and sealing (Pavillion finish)
 

The Pavillion finish is one of the most used concrete finished floor around pools and outdoor areas.

The grinding process cuts smooth all rocks in the concrete mix and so exposing them while the acid etching will dissolve the concrete around the top stones and create a very fancy but also safe flooring solution, in terms of anti-slip ratings.
