• Completion on work is contact free

• Payment is by electronic transfer only.
  
   

Quotations: All quotations can be completed online for free. Clients must provide exact measurements of the desired work to be completed along with photos of cracks or areas which will require specialist advice.

All quotes will be provided and responded to in a 24/48-hour period and will be followed up in telephone conference call. This will provide the opportunity to discuss scope of works for all resurfacing options, colours & finishes.
 

*Quotations will be remeasured during preparation of work to ensure that they are accurate. Any quotation that requires an amendment, will be provided to clients by email. Clients must provide confirmation to proceed by response email prior to the job commencing.
 

Completion of work:

Superior Concrete Solutions are a contact free service and are ensuring that clients are not put at any risk during completion of work.
 

• All works must be completed in an outside area and no entering of the home is permitted.

• 1.5 metre + Social distancing measures are always in place and adhered to.

• PPE Safety equipment is worn which includes masks & gloves.

• All equipment is to be touched by Superior concrete solutions team only.

• Superior concrete solutions will have a minimum of one employee on site for small jobs and a maximum of two employees on site for larger jobs.
   

Payments: All payments must be made by electronic transfer only. 10% deposit of the quotation price is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid half on preparation day and the balance of completion.
